+ HOW DO I GET IN THE SPACE?
When your booking is confirmed we will send you a 4 digit code to enter on the key pad on the door of the space.
+ DO I NEED INSURANCE?
We do not require proof of insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain either yearly or hourly insurance for your own liability.
+ WHAT IS YOUR CLEANING POLICY?
Our cleaning policy is easy: Leave the space cleaner than you found it. We rely on a community mind set to keep this space running. Please refer to the cleaning checklist every time you visit to make sure everything is put back where it belongs and the space is left clean and tidy for the next client coming in. We are not like Airbnb... We come in to clean the space once a week so we truly need everyone to help keep the space clean so that everyone can enjoy a clean space. If the space is not cleaned as the poster in the space indicates, we will charge your cc on file $350.
+ WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OVER MY BOOKED TIME?
Please be thoughtful of the people that are coming in behind you by checking our availability calendar the night before your booking. If no one is booked to come in after you and you need more time, simply email us and let us know how long you stayed. We will check out security cameras as well to see when you left. We will bill your cc on file for the overtime.
+ WHAT ARE THE BEST TIME OF DAY TO RENT THE SPACE?
The space's windows face NW. The light is even and gorgeous pretty much the entire day. You can check out our studio guide for more specific descriptions of the type of light there. You can also check out our how to page for videos about the space.
+ WHATS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
Check out our studio guide for everything that is included. On top of all the props, walls + furniture, the space has a wheelchair accessable bathroom with a changing table, lots of cleaning supplies for you to use to clean up. The only thing that is not included is our seamless paper. You can add any color or size for $35 extra.
+ DO YOU ALLOW VIDEO SHOOTS?
Yes, video shoots are allowed. We do however want to let people know that it's not the quietest studio ever due to the door not being sealed and businesses get deliveries from big trucks sometimes. Just a heads up.
+ CAN I SHOW UP EARLY TO SET UP?
We ask that you show up promptly when you reservation starts. You can come early and wait in the parking lot, but if someone is in the space, please don't bother them until your booking time.
+ WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY?
We currently only allow reschedules up to 24 hours before your original appointment. When you reschedule a studio credit will be given. Please email us if you need to reschedule.
+ CAN I HANG THINGS FROM THE CEILING OR WALLS?
TOTALLY!! For wall hangings, we highly recommend command strips. They help preserve the paint on the walls (including rolling walls). We provide the hooks, you provide the adhesive backing. If you want to hang anything from the ceiling, we have ceiling hooks + fishing line that hold up to 25 lbs of weight per line.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR RENTAL DROP OFF/PICK UP POLICIES?
Due to limited availability, Rentals need to be delivered + picked up same day. We cannot hold any rentals for you, so the rentals must be delivered and picked up within your rental time you booked.
+ WHAT IF I BREAK SOMETHING OR FIND A MESS?
Communication is the best policy. Things happen, stuff breaks. If the value of the broken item is less than $100, don't worry about, we will take care of it, but please communicate it is broken regardless if you were the one that broke it. If the value is over $100, we will arrange something via email.We want to encourage everyone to communicate without feeling like they will be "in trouble". We appreciate honest communication + a fair opportunity to figure things out.
